One of the templates offers pre-assigned questions specifically targeting product use. They ask things like whether or not the customer is satisfied/dissatisfied with the quality of usage and other questions targeting whatever it may be. The response can be collected by print or if you decided to do an online survey the results will be monitored through any of your networking sites.

With the ever expanding technologies SurveyMonkey has made it easier to use by allowing its user to upload or conduct surveys on many popular networking sites including Facebook and Twitter. Computer Mediated Communication and its success among the internet will help people reach a wider spread of people trying to promote a specific survey. With the help from social networking sites SurveyMonkey can help maximize the number of research volunteers and feedback from the survey.
